CANOEING: ALBUFEIRA'S LAGOON
This option is perfect for beginners or those with less experience, and especially for those who love local wildlife observation. In most of these events, between the channel and the small and big lagoons, you can see several birds such as ducks, coots, herons, cormorants, guillemots and many others.
You'll have the opportunity to stop next to the mussel corves that exists along the lagoon, and swim in the connection channel, were the sea and the river meets (Boca da Lagoa).
Course characteristics
- Distance
lLong course: 8.500 meters. (Includes Boca da Lagoa)
Short course: 6.600 meters. (Does not include Boca da Lagoa)
- Difficulty: Low (Ideal for partcipants with less experience in canoeing).
- Time: 3 hours.
Requirements to participate
- Minimum age to practice:
10 years old.
- Older than 4 years, provided that accompanied by the parents or a responsable. This participant will occupy the kayak's middle sit, and therefore will have a 50% discount in the inscription value.

The concentration/start's time of the event is set on the event's page.
- We organize group events with flexible dates with an advance reserve.
- The events have a minimum of 6 participants, or the payment to the correspondent value.
- We offer barbecues and lunches for any given trip, paid separately.
- You may request transport to the facilities and housing, also paid separately.
- In case of cancelling the event, we return the inscriptions or reservations full value.
OPTION:
A full day at Albufeira's Lagoon with lunch and several activities.
The participants can choose for a full day with activities having a meal on the beach, where there will be an awning to welcome you.
